SCHOOL POLICIES

Our school policies are in effect to ensure one goal, namely that each student will receive the highest
caliber driver education possible.  With that goal in mind, our school policies are as follows:

1) A student shall not be considered registered for the course until the registration fee has been
received and paid in full.

2) A student is required to attend, participate and pass all required classes and in-car sessions.

3) If a student calls to cancel an in-car appointment with less than twenty four (24) hours notice, a
 cancellation fee of $ 75.00 shall be applied.  Future in-car appointments will be scheduled only
 after the cancellation fee has been paid.

4) The Student is notified that the Driver Education course may take twelve to eighteen (12-18) weeks
  to complete. Due to the diverse schedules of the faculty and their students, Street Smarts can not
  guarantee any time frame for the completion of the driving program.

5)  A $ 30.00 fee will be charged for any check that is returned by a bank.

6)  Street Smarts reserves the right to cancel any classroom or in-car session due to
   circumstances outside their control (i.e. Inclement weather, school closings, etc.)

7)  REFUND POLICY:   Street Smarts will issue a full refund if a request is received in writing at
   least seventy two (72) hours prior to the first day of class.   If less than seventy two (72) hours
   and before the first day of class, an administrative fee of $ 125.00 shall be deducted from the
   refund.   A pro-rated refund will be given after the first day of class.

8)
DISCIPLINARY PROCESS:  All students shall be expected to behave appropriately inside the
  classroom. Excessive disruptions to the learning environment shall result in the following:

FIRST OFFENSE:  Verbal counseling with the student;

SECOND OFFENSE:  Consultation with the student and parent;

THIRD OFFENSE:  Student will be removed from the training program.  NO REFUND shall be
  given for any student removed from the class for disciplinary reasons.
